Huebar is the creation of Jason H. a fire cadet in the FCC Fire Academy Class 35. I had an idea one night to make my own nutrtion bars for energy, protein, and so on. Since I was low on money and wanted healthier options I started this. No preservatives, added sugar, and no crap. I'm working along the lines of the Paleo diet to create the best food and snacks for my busy life on the go. I started selling them to the guys in the academy and since then its been grown.
